Summary Terms and Conditions

Full terms and conditions will be sent on Booking.

Deposits

When a booking is accepted, a deposit will be requested of 25% of the booking fee.  The full balance must be paid no less than 42 days before your booking commences.  Bookings made less than 42 days before arrival must be paid in full at the time of booking.

No contract has been accepted until your deposit payment has been received.

Cancellation

A full refund will be issued, less a £25 administration fee, if you cancel your booking at least 42 days prior to arrival.

Bookings cancelled between 41 days and 28 days before arrival will receive a 50% refund.

No refund is offered for bookings cancelled less than 27 days before arrival.

You are recommended to take out travel insurance to cover any loss due to late cancellation of a booking.

Damage

We check the cottage carefully before and after each booking.  If you notice any damage on arrival please report it to us immediately.  A charge will be made for any damages that occur during your stay.

Ownership

Ty Newydd is owned and managed by Lynne and Steve Ellison, 44 Queensway, Newton, Chester CH2 1PG.  Rental of the cottage does not infer any rights of residence beyond the agreed rental period.
